At Altgold, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To request a return, sign in to your customer account, select the relevant order, and choose “Request a return”. Alternatively, contact us at contact@thealtgold.com with your order number and details of your request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable. Footwear may be tried on indoors, but must show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or outdoor use.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once your return request has been accepted, you must send the item back within 14 days. After we receive the returned item, or after you provide valid proof that the return has been shipped, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Extra shipping charges, such as express delivery, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the returned item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us at contact@thealtgold.com within a reasonable time after receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
