Altgold ships orders to Germany and selected European destinations.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Germany: 5-10 business days
European Union: 7-15 business days
Other available destinations: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, holidays, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

After your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Altgold is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the European Union. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
